Returns/Exchanges are Accepted ONLY if:

The item is broken, damaged at the time of delivery.

The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

A clear video of the unboxing is provided as proof (video must show the sealed package being opened and the damage clearly visible).

The video will be evaluated by our team, and if approved, we will proceed with a replacement or store credit (as applicable).
