 Fuchsiaa Accessories is an independent accessories brand offering a curated selection of imitation jewelry and fashion accessories. All customers are expected to review and accept our policies before placing an order.

 We do not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you read the product descriptions carefully and clarify any doubts before placing your order. All products are thoroughly checked and packed with care before dispatch. Please be sure of your selection prior to completing your purchase, as we do not entertain requests for change of mind, size, color, or style.

3. Damaged Product Policy

 We take utmost care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of transit damage: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and images as proof. Messages or complaints received after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered for replacement or refund. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a store credit or alternate product selection 

> Note: No complaint will be processed without an unboxing video.

4. Order Cancellations

 Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your shipping information and selected items before confirming your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

 Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 working days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier partner. Fuchsiaa Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external events.

6. Payment Terms 

All orders must be prepaid through available payment options. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) unless stated otherwise. In case of a failed payment or double deduction, please email us with proof for verification.

7. Intellectual Property

 All content on our platforms — including images, logos, designs, and text — is the property of Fuchsiaa Accessories. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
